Learning in the workplace is a fundamental component of lifelong learning, valuable and significant for both employees employers. helps improve their skills, qualifications, labor productivity. also contributes to culture learning. In Vietnam, there have only been small-scale studies on learning activities each group learners. However, field industry, no direct factors supporting workplace. This article has researched that support cadres, civil servants, public employees, organizations Vietnam. The paper conducts an overview existing work identify focus research four with nine basic variables. From there, survey who regularly studied at different fields, organizations.
